All orders placed through this website are subject to the following terms and conditions of sale as outlined below.
- West Country shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your products should the delay be caused by circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances include war, riot, civil war, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or government order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or act of God, failure of ISP or telecommunications provider in connection with the fulfilment of purchases. We also do not except responsablility for our couriers but will help as much as we can.
- West Country may alter or add to these terms and conditions for either security, legal or regulatory reasons. West Country will not use this right to alter any agreement that we have with outstanding customer orders.
- West Country reserves the right to remove or add products to the online shop at any time.
- West Country use natural products that will vary in shape and size and colour. We will do our utmost to finish our products to as close a finish as pictured on our website, but cannot guarantee a precise match. All our natural products will vary. All wooden items will have there natural characteristics which will include, natural knots, cat paws, small splits, old worm holes. We do try and select the best timber possible and will use filling products, but this does not effect the quality or purpose of your items.
- Whilst every conceivable effort is employed to ensure that we supply all of the products on our website, there may be instances where this is not possible. In the event of this happening the customer will be contacted immediately and informed. The customer will then have the option to choose an alternative product or should they wish to wait for said product they will receive priority treatment as soon as their original product becomes available, as long as beads can be sourced.
- We aim to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct. In the unlikely event that a pricing error does occur, we will make every effort to highlight this to the customer and ensure that they wish to continue with the purchase.
- We may change any part of these terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to check if changes have been made. Your continued use of this website after changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the changes to these terms.
- West Country take every effort to ensure the information on this website is correct, accurate and up to date. However, we take no responsibility whatsoever for information that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.
- West Country shall not be held liable to any individual or business for any damage or loss, which may have occurred as a result, from the use of any information contained on this website.
- All text and graphics on this website, unless specified, are directed solely at those who access this website from the United Kingdom. West Country makes no representation nor will be held responsible for any action placed upon the website by individuals from other locations.
- West Country assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any links to the Internet or other third party websites from this website. Once links are activated you will leave this website and we will not be responsible, or liable, for the content of any other websites.
- These conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the English Law and the parties acknowledge the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
- Cancellation and Returns. If your order is not manufactured to your instructions you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. Besoke and personlised goods are non returnable and non refundable after date of manufacture. If you need to return goods, please contact us beforehand, telling us that you are returning the goods and why. Unless specifically agreed by us in writing/email, returns must be made with 14 days of receipt of original order. Returns are made at the customers' expense.
- Goods received damaged in transit must be reported within 24hours for a free collection & return.
- We will replaced as soon as possible free of charge, to the same specifications as the original order. Photographic evidence may be required to satisfy our couriers terms and conditions.
- We reserve the right to implement an administration charge of 50% of the sale price for bespoke or personlised orders cancelled by a customer at any time after manufacture but before dispatch of that order.
- Colours, shapes and sizes. The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
- Also colour variations are likely to occur due to the nature of natural materials used.
- Irregular shaped plaques, may vary slightly from the samples shown.
- All sizes quoted are approximate.
- It is the customers responsibility to advise us of any maximum or minimum dimensions at the time of order.
